- All rooms have attached toilet/bathroom facilities with Hot water supply(Solar)
- No TV/Cable is provided in any of the rooms.
- Loud music or noisy reveling is strongly discouraged in view of the larger concern for other guests and the tranquility of the estate
- Mobile signal strength is good in the Estate Guest House, and weakens further along the many trails into the plantations
- No internet connectivity is provided. Estate House has internet access for emergency need.
- Guests are requested to respect Chingaara's ecofriendly efforts/regulations to conserve and nurture the surrounding habitat

Tariff
Charges include breakfast and dinner (buffet style) and customary coffee/tea. Guests will be picked up and dropped to/from Kabbinakadu Jn. in a 4 wheel drive Jeep. Bon fire facility is provided on request based on the permissiveness of weather. Guests are requested to call in for any additional queries regarding accommodation and availability. Chingaara is accustomed to running at full capacity on weekends, it is advised to make reservations well in advance.
